Working under managers, they handle work orders, maintain equipment, and require high school diplomas, physical stamina, and basic trade skills. Key Responsibilities General Maintenance & Repairs: Perform basic repairs (leaks, light bulbs, switches, painting, patching plaster). Preventative Maintenance: Support technicians with routine inspections and maintenance of systems. Grounds & Facility Upkeep: Clean buildings, mow lawns, remove snow/ice, and manage trash/recyclables. Equipment Care: Ensure tools and equipment are in good working order. Documentation: Maintain reports on completed work and report recurring issues. Safety Compliance: Adhere to health and safety regulations.
