About the Role
We are looking for an AI Engineer / AI Agent Engineer to build the AI intelligence and automation layer of SERQ V2.
The candidate must have strong hands-on experience in AI Agents, Multi-Agent Systems, and AI Orchestration and should be capable of building production-ready AI workflows based on different business use cases.
Must Have
- Strong Python development skills
- Hands-on experience with LLMs / Generative AI
- Strong knowledge of AI Agent architecture
- Multi-Agent Systems & Agent Orchestration — Mandatory
- Agent routing, delegation, handoffs and workflows
- Tool/Function Calling and API integration
- RAG, embeddings and vector databases
- Context & memory management
- Agent evaluation, guardrails and fallback mechanisms
- Experience with frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, OpenAI Agents SDK, or similar
- REST APIs and backend development
- PostgreSQL / database knowledge
- Git and Docker
Role Responsibilities
- Design and build the SERQ AI Brain
- Develop specialized AI agents for CRM, Sales, Customer Support, Booking, Operations, Marketing, Analytics, etc.
- Build multi-agent orchestration based on specific business use cases.
- Integrate AI agents with SERQ APIs, database and business workflows.
- Build reliable AI automation and decision-support systems.
- Optimize AI performance, cost, latency and reliability.
- Continuously research and implement new AI technologies.
Ideal Candidate
We need a hands-on AI Product Engineer, not just a prompt engineer. The candidate should be able to think:
Business Use Case → Agent(s) → Orchestration → Tools/API → Data → Validation → Action
Candidates with real production AI-agent or multi-agent projects and a strong GitHub/portfolio will be preferred.
Priority Skill: AI Orchestration + Multi-Agent Systems
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
