Job Overview
A reputed and expanding school group in Tamil Nadu is hiring an experienced Zonal Head / Regional Head to manage and supervise two or more schools within a designated region.
The ideal candidate will be a senior academic leader with strong experience in multi-school management, academic leadership, school operations, and institutional growth.
This role involves leading Principals, monitoring academic performance, and ensuring consistent quality standards across all schools in the zone.
Key Responsibilities
Multi-School Leadership
- Manage and supervise two or more schools within the assigned zone.
- Guide Principals, Vice Principals, and Academic Coordinators.
Academic Performance
- Ensure strong academic results and curriculum implementation aligned with Central Board of Secondary Education and Tamil Nadu State Board of School Education.
School Operations
- Oversee day-to-day operations including academics, administration, discipline, and compliance.
Staff Leadership
- Mentor school leadership teams and conduct faculty development programs.
- Build strong academic and administrative teams.
Growth & Admissions
- Support schools in improving student enrollment, brand reputation, and institutional performance.
Monitoring & Reporting
- Track KPIs such as academic results, admissions growth, and operational efficiency across all schools in the zone.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Master’s Degree with B.Ed / M.Ed preferred.
Experience
- 10–20 years of experience in the education sector.
- Minimum 5 years in leadership roles such as Principal / Academic Director / Cluster Head / Regional Head.
- Must have experience managing multiple schools or a group of institutions.
