About Us
Credit Sea is a service provider working with leading NBFCs to manage collections and recovery operations. We are currently expanding our field recovery team in Bengaluru to support our client Meghdoot Mercantile Pvt Ltd.
Job Summary
We are looking for a Field Recovery Agent responsible for managing overdue accounts and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding dues through field visits and customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit customers’ locations to collect overdue payments
- Negotiate repayment plans and settlements with customers
- Maintain proper records of visits, payments, and commitments
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
- Coordinate with internal teams for case updates
- Achieve monthly recovery targets
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- 0–3 years of experience in field recovery or collections (NBFC/Bank preferred)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of local language (Kannada, Hindi)
- Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license
Skills Required
- Strong convincing and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of financial products (loans/EMIs)
- Ability to handle difficult conversations
- Time management and field discipline
