We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to lead our accounting department and oversee our financial operations. Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, providing insights and recommendations for financial planning.
Monitor cash flow and financial transactions to ensure liquidity and efficient use of resources.
Supervise and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
Coordinate with external auditors and manage the annual audit process.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Proven experience as an Accounts Manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software – Tally.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
