Job Summary
The Soft Skills Trainer designs, develops, and conducts training sessions to improve communication, teamwork, leadership, customer service, emotional intelligence, presentation skills, and other behavioral competencies. The trainer assesses learning needs, creates engaging learning experiences, and evaluates training effectiveness to support individual and organizational growth.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certification in Training & Development, Learning & Development (L&D), or Soft Skills Training is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Soft Skills Trainer, Corporate Trainer, or Learning & Development professional.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
