We are looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Receptionist with sales support responsibilities to join our team in Salt Lake, Kolkata. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, handle client communications, and assist with inquiries related to our IT services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to support basic sales coordination activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients professionally
- Cold calling for generating leads & Appointments
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
- Provide basic information about company services (Web Design, Digital Marketing, Softwares, etc.)
- Client appointment scheduling and follow-ups
- Manage office coordination and ensure a professional reception environment
Requirements
- Excellent communication and phone etiquette skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Experience in IT company or sales support role will be an added advantage
