Executive Assistant / Secretary/ HR Admin
Roles
- Ensure organization runs smoothly by managing daily office operations, handling
correspondence, scheduling appointments, and providing clerical support to staff and
management
- Central point of contact for clients and visitors
Responsibilities
- screen emails, sort mail, and greet office visitors.
- Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and organize conferences or travel arrangements
- organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems, ensuring quick retrieval of information.
- monitor office supply inventory, reorder materials, and coordinate equipment servicing.
- take meeting minutes and distribute them to relevant parties.
· General and complete HR roles & responsibilities as and when required including end to end Recruitments, negotiations with HR Consultants, Joining Formalities, Exit formalities etc. Handle confidential documents including personal files ensuring they remain secure.
Requirements
· Ideally suited Candidate would be a Graduate Degree holder with experience of 8-10 years as Executive secretary along with HR & Administrative Roles
- Strong working knowledge of office software, particularly the Microsoft Office Suite (Word,
Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or Google Workspace
- AI knowledge will help
- Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills with proper phone etiquette
- Time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Ability to handle sensitive data and maintain strict confidentiality.

- Bangalore City, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Personal assistant: 8 years (Preferred)
