- Tandoor Operations: Preparing and cooking various tandoori dishes, including marinated meats, seafood, vegetables, and breads to precise standards.
- Mise en Place: Preparing, marinating, and storing ingredients for the tandoor station, ensuring all items are ready before service.
- Quality Control: Ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and portion size, adhering strictly to recipes.
- Hygiene and Safety: Maintaining a clean and sanitized tandoor area, adhering to food safety standards (HACCP).
- Kitchen Coordination: Collaborating with the chef de partie (CDP) and other team members to ensure smooth service flow.
- Stock Management: Monitoring inventory levels for the station and reporting shortages to senior chefs.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
