Job Summary
Sales Consultant, Explaining the specifications and features of the car to the customer and should sell the car. Automobile sales and service, 150 members, Nandanam ,Iyyappanthangal,OMR,Guduvanchery & Chengalpattu
Core Responsibilities
- Customer Consultation: Greet showroom visitors, assess their lifestyle and budget, and recommend suitable vehicle models.
- Product Demonstration: Explain features, specifications, and warranties. Accompany customers on test drives to showcase performance.
- Sales & Negotiation: Present finance or insurance (F&I) options, overcome objections, and negotiate final pricing to close the deal.
- Transaction Processing: Coordinate with the finance department to prepare agreements, process documentation, and ensure smooth delivery.
- Lead Follow-up: Maintain a pipeline of prospects using CRM software and follow up with past buyers to drive referrals and repeat business
Key Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in auto sales or a target-driven customer service environment is preferred.
- Licensing: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and persuasive abilities.
- Product Knowledge: Ability to continuously update knowledge on competitor comparisons, accessories, and new releases.
Compensation & Work Environment
- Structure: Typically a base salary combined with performance-bases on attractive incentives.
- Work Conditions: Full-time roles requiring evening and weekend availability. Involves a mix of showroom and outdoor
Required Experience and Qualifications
Any degree, Minimum Freahsers & 2 and Above year experience in sales
