Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Civil Engineer with 7–12 years of hands-on experience in railway construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, supervision, and monitoring of civil works while ensuring quality, safety, and timely project completion. The role requires strong technical expertise in railway infrastructure construction and coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and supervise civil construction activities for railway infrastructure projects.
- Manage day-to-day site operations and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Consultants, Contractors, and Client representatives for smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards.
- Supervise construction activities related to earthwork and embankment, Minor and major bridges, Culverts, Retaining structures, Station buildings, Platform works, Track formation and associated civil works, Drainage and utility works
- Review engineering drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and construction methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with Indian Railways specifications, IRC, IS Codes, and contractual requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) procedures.
- Ensure implementation of safety standards and statutory compliance at project sites.
- Coordinate measurement of work, certification of contractor bills, and verification of quantities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Identify project risks and recommend corrective actions to maintain project timelines.
Qualification
- B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
- Preference will be given to candidates having experience in Railway infrastructure projects.
Experience - 7 - 15 Years

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
