We're looking for a motivated and ambitious Business Development Associate to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for fresh graduates, interns, and candidates with up to 2 years of experience who enjoy networking, relationship building, client communication, and helping businesses grow.
What You'll Be Doing
- Research and identify potential clients
- Connect with prospects through LinkedIn, email, and other online platforms
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Schedule meetings for the leadership team
- Maintain lead databases and CRM records
- Assist with proposals and business presentations
- Support client onboarding and account growth initiatives

- Excellent communication skills
- Confidence in speaking with new people and building relationships
- Interest in sales, business development, marketing, or client servicing

Experience
