Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Powai, Mumbai as a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying, engaging, and maintaining relationships with potential and existing business clients. Key activities include lead generation, meeting, preparing and delivering presentations, follow ups, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The employee will also collaborate with product and marketing teams to align client requirements with company offerings and provide regular updates on market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in sales strategies, lead generation, and contract negotiation.
- Highly motivated, go getter passionate about sales and willing to follow up and close the deal irrespective of the sales cycle
- Understanding of EV charging solutions or experience in the renewable energy or automotive sector is advantageous.
- Analytical mindset and ability to interpret market trends to inform strategies.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet sales targets and deadlines.
- Goal-driven with a proactive approach to identifying sales opportunities and driving growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site in Mumbai and travel to meet clients as required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
