Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our coliving spaces, including leasing, tenant relations, and facility management.
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive community atmosphere by organizing and promoting community events and activities.
- Ensure the spaces are well-maintained, clean, and comply with safety and regulatory standards.
- Oversee the leasing process, conduct property tours, and handle tenant inquiries and applications.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff, vendors, and contractors to address repairs and maintenance needs promptly.
- Implement and manage leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income.
- Maintain accurate records of property-related finances, budgets, and expenses.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, addressing concerns and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in property management, hospitality, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with property management software and MS Office Suite.
- Passion for creating a sense of community and fostering connections among residents.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
