Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in a chocolate or confectionery manufacturing company.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain quality standards throughout the production process.
- Conduct quality inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished products.
- Ensure products meet the required quality, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Identify quality issues and coordinate with the production team for corrective actions.
- Maintain quality control records and inspection reports.
- Monitor cleanliness and hygiene practices in the production area.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and packaging of products.
- Support continuous improvement of product quality and production processes.
- Follow company policies and standard operating procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quality Controller or in a similar role.
- Experience in a chocolate or confectionery company is preferred.
- Knowledge of food quality standards, hygiene, and food safety procedures.
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with the production team.
