Job Summary
We are looking for a smart, professional, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the CEO in daily business operations, communication, scheduling, coordination, and confidential administrative tasks. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong follow-up ability, and the capability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage CEO’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules.
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Prepare reports, presentations, MOM (Minutes of Meeting), and official correspondence.
- Follow up with departments regarding pending tasks, reports, and project updates.
- Handle confidential documents and sensitive information professionally.
- Organize meetings, conferences, and business visits.
- Maintain records, files, and important company documents.
- Assist in HR, administrative, and operational coordination when required.
- Screen calls, emails, and visitors for the CEO’s office.
- Ensure timely execution of assignments and management directives.
- Support strategic planning and day-to-day executive operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, commerce, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or in a similar role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Good drafting and email-writing skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
