Job Description
Responsibilities: Draft, review, and update contract terms and conditions to ensure clarity, compliance, and alignment with business objectives. Negotiate contract terms with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders to secure favorable agreements. Ensure all contracts comply with legal regulations, company policies, and organizational standards. Manage contract lifecycle activities, including renewals, extensions, and terminations, maintaining accurate records. Provide guidance and support to internal teams on contract-related matters and best practices. Monitor contract performance, track key deadlines, and ensure timely execution of obligations. Identify, address, and resolve contract disputes or issues efficiently to minimize organizational risk.
