About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident individuals to join our team as Business Development Associates.
In this role, you will connect with students and parents interested in studying abroad, understand their requirements, explain UniRely’s services, and guide them toward booking counselling sessions with our team.
This is a communication and relationship-focused role ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with people and want to build a career in the education and EdTech industry.
Freshers are welcome. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads
- Schedule appointments
- Maintain CRM records and follow-up updates
- Build strong relationships with prospective students
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets
- Support the team during webinars, seminars, and events
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience can apply
- Graduate or pursuing graduation from any stream
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Comfortable with calling and client interaction
- Basic MS Office knowledge preferred
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
