MIS Executive - Google Sheets Expert
Industry: Retail & Apparel | Focus: Google Sheets & Sales MIS
Job Purpose
To manage retail sales data and develop accurate, efficient MIS reports using advanced Google Sheets formulas only, data analysis and reporting tools are a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain sales, product, style code, color, designer and transaction data.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and financial-year-wise sales MIS.
- Analyze sales by Style Code, Product Category, Color, Designer and Month.
- Identify Top & Bottom selling styles/products and sales trends.
- Prepare product-wise and year-wise sales comparison reports.
- Develop automated reports using Google Sheets formulas and functions.
- Create and maintain Pivot Tables, dashboards, summaries and management reports.
- Perform data cleaning, validation and reconciliation to ensure 100% data accuracy.
- Identify sales trends, variances and anomalies and provide actionable insights to management.
- Improve existing MIS formats and automate repetitive reporting processes.
Mandatory Google Sheets Skills
Strong hands-on knowledge of:

Candidate Profile
- 2–4 years of experience in MIS / Sales MIS / Retail Reporting.
- Strong Google Sheets expertise is mandatory (not looking for advance excel).
- Good understanding of retail sales and inventory data.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to convert raw data into meaningful management reports.
- Experience in Apparel / Fashion / Lifestyle Retail preferred.
