We're looking for one of our own to step into an exciting Customer Success Leader role where you'll own and grow revenue retention by turning Perfios' product capabilities into real business wins across our client base You'll be the strategic partner, our key accounts rely on driving engagement through QBRs, spotting churn signals early, and proactively expanding product adoption across client organizations.
You'll work cross-functionally to close experience gaps, feed customer insights back to Product, and uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities by connecting client goals to our evolving product suite.
