We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Commis I to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will assist in food preparation, maintain high standards of hygiene and food quality, and support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients and food items according to recipes and kitchen standards.
- Assist senior chefs in cooking and plating dishes.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to supervisors.
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries.
- Minimize food waste and maintain portion control.
- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.
Requirements:.
