Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Accounts Faculty to teach XII Standard Accountancy for CBSE and State Board students. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to simplify accounting concepts for students while preparing them for board examinations and higher education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective Accountancy classes for XII Standard students (CBSE and State Board).
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Explain accounting concepts, principles, and practical applications clearly.
- Conduct regular tests, evaluations, and performance reviews.
- Provide individual academic support and guidance to students.
- Track student progress and implement improvement strategies.
- Prepare students for board examinations through revision sessions and mock tests.
- Maintain accurate academic records and attendance.
- Collaborate with academic coordinators and management to ensure quality education standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
- Master's Degree (M.Com) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of XII Standard Accountancy syllabus (CBSE and/or State Board).
- Prior teaching or training experience is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in classroom management and student engagement.

- Ability to explain complex accounting concepts in a simple manner.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools and online learning platforms.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
