Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, qualify, and contact high-value B2B prospects via cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- Needs Assessment & Pitching: Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client pain points and deliver tailored product demonstrations or proposals.
- Negotiation & Deal Closing: Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs) to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Account Management: Nurture relationships with key decision-makers (such as HR or L&D heads) to secure repeat business and drive contract renewals.
- Sales Pipeline Tracking: Manage the entire sales cycle and keep accurate records of prospect interactions, forecasting, and deal stages in CRM systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, product, and delivery teams to align sales strategies and ensure successful post-sales support.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 2–5 years of proven B2B sales experience (e.g., SaaS, corporate training, or enterprise services).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication, active listening, and public speaking abilities.
- Commercial Awareness: A strong understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and industry-specific selling.
- Tech-Savviness: Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and presentation tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace).
- Soft Skills: High resilience, persuasive negotiation tactics, and a highly self-motivated, target-driven mindset.
Pay: ₹9,872.59 - ₹25,844.58 per month
