Position Details
- Positions Available: Assistant Manager - Quality Control / Deputy Manager - Quality Control

- Experience Required: 7 to 12 Years (Mandatory prior experience from the Aviation industry in a Quality Control role)
Candidate Profile & Eligibility Criteria
- Industry Experience: Mandatory hands-on experience in Quality Control within the aviation or aerospace industry (commercial airlines, MROs, aerospace supply chain, or defense aviation).
- Experience Range: 7 to 12 years of progressive professional experience in quality assurance and control functions, with a proven track record of handling leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical/Mechanical Engineering, Science, or a relevant technical discipline. A valid Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME) license or diploma is highly preferred.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of global aviation regulatory standards, airworthiness requirements, and OEM quality specifications.
- Comprehensive expertise in evaluating aviation hardware, rotables, expendables, chemicals, and material traceability documentation (CoAs, CoCs).
- Familiarity with quality management systems, audit processes, and non-conformance root-cause analysis.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
