Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide a friendly, professional shopping experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable laptops, desktops, printers, accessories, and other IT products.
- Explain product features, specifications, warranty, EMI options, and promotional offers.
- Demonstrate products and help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints professionally.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and product availability.
- Promote and upsell accessories, software, extended warranties, and value-added services.
- Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability.
- Assist the billing team during the sales process when required.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and ensure products are properly displayed.
- Stay updated on the latest laptop models, technology trends, and product launches.
- Maintain daily sales records and customer follow-up reports.
- Participate in showroom promotions, events, and marketing activities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction before and after the sale.
Requirements
- Any Bachelor's Degree.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
