Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, expanding the company’s market presence, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and markets
- Generate and qualify leads through networking, research, and outreach
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
Required Skills
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability
- Experience with lead generation and sales pipeline management
- Good knowledge of market research and business strategy
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- MBA preferred
- Experience in B2B sales / partnerships / client acquisition
