About the Role
We are looking for self-driven and field-oriented professionals to join Bajaj Finserv as Sales Field Executives. The ideal candidate should be comfortable building and maintaining relationships with DSA partners, referral agents, and channel partners to generate personal loan business.
Key Responsibilities
- Source personal loan cases through DSA channel partners, connectors, and referral sources.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners for continuous lead generation.
- Handle the complete sales process from lead sourcing to loan disbursement.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams for document collection and verification.
- Ensure timely login, verification, approval, and disbursal of loan applications.
- Conduct regular field visits to strengthen partner relationships and generate business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to branch growth.
Required Skills
- Sales and marketing skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
- Experience in NBFC, banking, DSA, or channel sales is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and in the field.
Candidate Requirements
- Any Graduate.
- Fresher or candidates with up to 3 years of experience can apply.
- Must own a two-wheeler, personal laptop, and mobile phone.
- Willingness to travel within Chennai (approximately 30 km radius from Chetpet).
Compensation & Benefits
- Gross Salary: ₹2,40,000 per annum
- Monthly Salary: ₹17,500
- Travel Allowance: ₹1,200 per month
- Performance Incentives: Best in the industry
