Job Title: Graphic Designer & Video EditorPosition Summary
The Graphic Designer & Video Editor is responsible for creating high-quality visual content that enhances the school’s branding, communication, and digital presence. The role includes graphic design, photography, videography, video editing, social media management, website updates, and support in selected administrative/office tasks as required.
Key ResponsibilitiesCreative & Media Responsibilities
- Design promotional materials including posters, banners, brochures, certificates, invitations, and advertisements for school events and campaigns.
- Capture professional photographs and videos of all school events, activities, ceremonies, and special occasions.
- Edit and produce high-quality videos for promotional, educational, and social media purposes.
- Create engaging reels, shorts, and digital campaigns for school promotions.
- Maintain organized archives of all photos, videos, and design assets.
Social Media & Website Management
- Manage and update the school’s social media handles regularly.
- Plan and publish engaging content to improve online visibility and branding.
- Monitor social media engagement and maintain consistency in branding.
- Update and maintain school website content, images, event highlights, and notices.
Administrative & Office Support
- Assist with office-related documentation and administrative tasks when required.
- Support banking-related work and institutional errands as assigned by management.
- Coordinate with school departments for design/content requirements.
- Provide technical support during school events for presentations, displays, and media setup.
Skills & Qualifications Required
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or equivalent.
- Experience in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Knowledge of photography/videography equipment and editing techniques.
- Familiarity with website management/content updating.
- Understanding of social media marketing and digital branding.
- Strong creativity, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic school environment.
Reporting To
- Principal / Vice Principal / Management
Additional Expectations
- Be available during major school events/functions for media coverage.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling school media/content.
- Ensure all published content aligns with school values and branding guidelines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
