About the Role
· We are looking for an energetic and responsible Fleet Captain to manage day-to-day B2B mobility operations associated with platforms like Zomato and Blinkit.
· The role involves handling hub operations, rider coordination, onboarding support, and ensuring smooth deployment of e-bikes and delivery riders at operational hubs.
· The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in shifts, managing field-level operations, and coordinating directly with agencies and riders.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage daily operations at assigned hubs.
· Coordinate deployment and tracking of e-bikes and riders.
· Maintain rider attendance, shift records, and operational logs.
· Provide on-ground rider assistance and resolve operational issues.
· Coordinate with recruitment agencies for rider lead generation.
· Visit agencies and nearby areas for rider sourcing activities.
· Support onboarding and documentation of riders.
· Ensure proper handover and return of e-bikes.
· Monitor vehicle condition and report maintenance requirements.
· Maintain daily internal tracking sheets.
· Coordinate with operations managers to achieve deployment targets.
· Ensure discipline and SOP compliance at hubs.
Required Skills
· Hub management and field operations handling.
· Rider assistance and coordination.
· Lead generation and agency coordination.
· Basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work in rotational shifts.
· Problem-solving attitude and willingness to work on-ground.
Eligibility Criteria
· 6 Months – 1 Year of experience in logistics operations, delivery operations, fleet handling, mobility operations, or last-mile operations.
· Freshers with strong field coordination skills may also be considered.
Preferred Candidate Profile
· Comfortable with field travel and rider interactions.
· Able to manage riders efficiently at hub level.
· Self-driven and operationally disciplined.
· Basic understanding of EV fleet operations is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹12,445.62 - ₹20,000.00 per month
