We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Back Office Executive – AMC Sales to support and drive Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) sales activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in tele sales, customer follow-up, lead conversion, and sales closing. Strong communication and customer handling skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact existing and potential customers through phone calls.
- Promote and sell Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
- Follow up with customers regarding AMC renewals and service requirements.
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Negotiate and close sales to achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain customer records and sales reports.
- Coordinate with the service and technical teams for customer support.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, or AMC Sales.
- Proven experience in sales closing and target achievement.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
