Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enrolment strategies to achieve admission targets.
- Lead admissions counselling and convert enquiries into enrolments.
- Drive business development through community outreach, corporate tie-ups, preschool partnerships, apartment activations, open houses, and referral programmes.
- Oversee CRM management, lead generation, and admissions operations.
- Build strong relationships with prospective parents and community stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor the Admissions, Business Development, and Telecalling teams.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Academic Leadership to enhance GoldenBee's brand visibility and community engagement.
- Monitor admissions performance, analyse data, and implement strategies to improve conversion rates.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education Management, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of experience in admissions, educational marketing, business development, or enrolment management.
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience; K–12 school experience will be an added advantage.
