Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Documentation Executive to support business setup and documentation processes. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, be willing to interact with clients, and coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Business Operations team in handling company documentation
- Understand client requirements and collect necessary documents for business setup procedures.
- Guide clients regarding documentation and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams for company registrations, license registrations, and related compliance activities.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Support operational activities related to business setup and documentation processes.
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems regularly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (B. Com, BBA Preferred)
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills.
- Good organizational and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kochi, Kerala (Kochi): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
