Plan and supervise daily production activities on pneumatic press machines.
Ensure production targets are achieved with minimum downtime.
Set up pneumatic press machines, dies, jigs, and fixtures as per production requirements.
Verify machine parameters such as air pressure, stroke, and cycle time before production.
Monitor machine performance and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
Perform first-off inspection and in-process quality checks.
Reduce rejection, rework, and scrap through process improvements.
Identify and troubleshoot issues related to pneumatic cylinders, solenoid valves, FRL units, sensors, and press tooling.
Coordinate with the maintenance team for machine breakdowns and preventive maintenance.
Maintain production reports, downtime records, and machine performance data.
Implement Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Kaizen, and 5S initiatives.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, work instructions, and safety standards.
Train operators on safe machine operation and quality requirements.
Support new product trials and process validation activities.
Knowledge of ISO & IATF documentation
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
