Job Title: HR Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR Manager to manage the overall HR operations of the organization. The HR Manager will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, attendance, HR policies, employee engagement, training, and maintaining a productive and professional work environment. The role will work closely with management and department heads to support business growth and ensure effective people management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment and selection process, including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective HR policies, procedures, and employee guidelines.
- Manage employee attendance, leave, working hours, and HR records.
- Monitor employee performance and coordinate performance reviews, appraisals, incentives, promotions, and salary revisions.
- Set and monitor HR-related targets and ensure timely completion of HR activities.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace concerns professionally and confidentially.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely recruitment.
- Monitor employee productivity, discipline, retention, and overall workplace performance.
- Manage onboarding, induction, probation confirmation, transfers, resignations, and exit formalities.
- Plan and coordinate employee training, development, team-building, and engagement activities.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Prepare and submit HR reports related to headcount, recruitment, attendance, attrition, performance, and employee status.
- Support management in workforce planning and organizational development.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and performance-oriented work culture.
- Ensure HR practices and internal policies are followed consistently across departments.
- Lead and supervise the HR team and allocate responsibilities based on organizational requirements.
- Work closely with management to identify HR issues and implement suitable solutions.
- Support the organization in achieving business growth through effective manpower and employee management.

Qualification & Experience:
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a service-based, IT, education, research, or similar organization.
- Candidates with experience in managing HR teams and complete HR operations will be preferred.
