- Make outbound calls to assigned leads and prospective patients.
- Follow up with existing and new leads regularly.
- Explain the hospital/clinic services and answer patient queries.
- Convince and encourage patients to visit the hospital/clinic for consultation and treatment.
- Schedule patient appointments and maintain follow-up records.
- Update lead status and call details in the system or register.
- Coordinate with doctors and the reception team for patient appointments.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Maintain professional communication and ensure patient satisfaction.
SKILLS
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Confidence in telecalling and patient handling.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel).
- Ability to maintain call records and follow-up.
- Positive attitude and convincing skills.
Qualification / शैक्षणिक योग्यता
- Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate Preferred.
- Telecalling, Customer Care, Healthcare, or Sales experience will be preferred.
