Role Description:
The Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) Specialist will manage and optimize Microsoft Dynamics Business Central ERP system to support core business operations across sourcing, production, distribution, and sales. This full-time, on-site role is based in Lucknow and involves configuring ERP modules, maintaining data integrity, and monitoring system performance to ensure smooth day-to-day workflows. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to map business processes, gather requirements, and implement improvements that enhance efficiency and reporting. Responsibilities include troubleshooting ERP issues, coordinating with vendors or technical teams, training users, and preparing documentation and guidelines. The role also requires ongoing analysis of system usage to recommend enhancements that align with DS Enterprises’ growth and quality objectives.
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of business processes and business process improvement, with experience aligning workflows to organizational goals.
Hands-on experience with MS D365 Business Central concepts and ERP software in operations, supply chain, or distribution environments.
Demonstrated analytical skills, including data analysis, problem-solving, and translating system insights into actionable recommendations.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate technical concepts clearly, and provide user training and support.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; relevant ERP certifications are an advantage.
Prior experience in manufacturing, food industry, or FMCG operations is beneficial, along with familiarity with inventory and logistics processes.
Comfort working on-site in Lucknow and engaging directly with operational and management teams to drive system adoption and improvement.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
