Junior IT Desktop Support Engineer (0-6months Experience)
Experience Required
We are seeking an organised, service-oriented IT Desktop Support Engineer to join our IT team. The role provides technical support to employees, manages IT assets, and ensures reliable operation of office infrastructure such as workstations, conference-room AV, and networking. Freshers with a strong aptitude for troubleshooting are welcome; experienced candidates will handle higher-level desktop, system, and network support tasks.
Candidate Requirement
Key Responsibilities — Freshers (0-6 months) 1. Manage IT assets: maintain accurate inventory, support procurement activities, and track device lifecycle (issuance, returns, repairs, disposals). 2. Log and document incidents, resolutions, and standard operating procedures for routine tasks. 3. Provide user support for conference-room technology, video-conferencing systems, and remote user connectivity. 4. Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, network connectivity, and application issues and escalate when necessary. 5. Assist with onboarding/offboarding: configure user accounts, provision devices, and ensure access control. 6. Perform routine desktop maintenance, software patching, and antivirus/endpoint checks.
Educational Qualification
1. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 2. Familiarity with Windows OS; macOS experience preferred for experienced hires. 3. Experience with endpoint management tools, asset/inventory systems, or ticketing systems (helpdesk/ITSM) is a plus. 4. Prior exposure to AV/video conferencing setup (Zoom, Teams, Cisco, Polycom) is beneficial.
Technical Qualification

Comfortable working in a healthcare/RCM environment where uptime, data privacy, and compliance matter. 4. Able to work independently and escalate appropriately when issues exceed scope.
