- Production staff operate manufacturing machinery, assemble products on the line, and conduct quality checks to ensure goods meet specifications.
- They prepare finished items for shipment, maintain a clean workspace, and strictly follow health and safety guidelines to keep assembly operations running efficiently.
- Key ResponsibilitiesManufacturing & Assembly: Set up and operate production equipment, feed raw materials into machines, and manually assemble delicate parts.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect assembled goods for defects, remove faulty items from the line, and verify that products meet company standards.
- Packaging & Inventory: Package completed products, apply labels, and move materials to the warehouse for storage and shipping.
- Safety & Maintenance: Keep the workspace hazard-free, utilize proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and troubleshoot minor machinery issues.
- Target Achievement: Work at a steady, efficient pace to hit daily production quotas and shift deadlines.
- Requirements & Qualifications Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in a factory, warehouse, or manufacturing environment is a strong plus.Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for extended shifts (8–12 hours), perform repetitive tasks, and frequently lift heavy loads.
- Technical Skills: Basic mechanical aptitude, familiarity with industrial machinery, and the ability to read measuring devices or blueprints.Soft Skills: Strong hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with a team.
Pay: ₹10,133.29 - ₹50,484.02 per month
