Job Description
ZAKKAA Home Decor is seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our operations in Jalandhar, Punjab. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving branch profitability, expanding the dealer and distributor network, managing sales operations, and leading a high-performing team.
Candidates with a strong background in the Electronics, Electrical Products, Furniture, or Air Cooler Industry and proven leadership experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall branch operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Drive sales growth and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
- Develop and strengthen dealer and distributor networks across the assigned territory.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the branch sales team to maximize performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Monitor inventory, customer service, and operational efficiency.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to formulate effective sales strategies.
- Prepare regular sales reports and business performance reviews for management.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 7–15 years of experience in branch management or sales leadership.
- Experience in the Electronics, Electrical Products, Furniture, or Air Cooler Industry is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in dealer/distributor management and business development.
- Ability to lead teams and achieve business objectives.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
