Job Responsibilities
- Manage appointments and schedules
- Prepare quotations and invoices
- Maintain and organize company documents
- Track client and collaboration records
- Handle email and WhatsApp communication
- Support daily administrative operations
- Update spreadsheets and reports
- Assist management with coordination tasks
- Team co ordination
- Making sales calls
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required (Freshers also can apply)
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication
- Good organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks professionally
