Job Title: HR & Admin Assistant

Job Purpose:
The HR & Admin Assistant will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility. You will act as the bridge between the management and the workforce, ensuring smooth administrative functions, timely payroll processing, and a high-standard work environment consistent with our "Premium" brand image.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Human Resources (HR) Support:
- Recruitment: Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for both office staff and skilled factory workers.
- Onboarding: Handle documentation for new hires, including collecting KYC, bank details, and issuing appointment letters.
- Attendance & Payroll: Manage daily attendance records (biometric/manual) for factory and office staff. Prepare monthly salary inputs and track leaves.
- Compliance: Maintain records for statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, and Labor Law compliance & documents .
- Employee Relations: Address worker grievances and coordinate staff engagement activities to maintain a positive factory culture.
2. Administration & Facility Management:
- Office Maintenance: Ensure the office and factory premises are kept clean and organized (overseeing housekeeping staff).
- Vendor Management: Handle relationships with local vendors for water supply, stationery, pantry supplies, and repair services.
- Security & Gate Pass: Oversee security personnel and manage "In/Out" logs for materials, visitors, and workers (Gate Pass management).
- Asset Tracking: Maintain an inventory of office assets, factory tools, and protective gear (PPE).
3. Factory Coordination:
- Coordinate with the Production Manager to ensure workers follow safety protocols.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in an HR/Admin role, preferably in a Manufacturing environment.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel is a must) for maintaining the record.
- Strong communication skills in English, Marathi, Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of Indian Labor Laws and Payroll processes.
- Personal Attributes: Proactive, disciplined, and able to handle the fast-paced nature of a factory setting.
