Our organization is dealling with industrial filtration and separation solutions, including systems used for water, air, gas, steam, and liquid purification.
Position: Executive - Marketing & BD
Experience: 1 year+ lead general experience
Location: Panjrapol, Ahmedabad
Department: Marketing
Salary Range:- Upto 20000 t0 32000 Mediclaim + personal accidental insurance + paid Leave (Salary will depend based candidate last in hand salary+ Experience+ Interview performance)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Qualification:
- Source and qualify potential sales leads from various databases and tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Google, website).
- Conduct thorough research to identify target companies and potential clients.
- Evaluate leads based on BANT criteria (Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline) and transition qualified leads to sales representatives.
Outbound Sales:
- Initiate and manage outbound sales efforts through emails, calls, and messages.
- Personalize outreach and continuously follow up with potential leads to nurture relationships and drive conversions.
Data Analysis and CRM Management:
- Utilize data tools to gather and analyze data for lead generation.
- Log interactions, track lead status, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Create and review metrics and reports to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field/MBA in marketing.
- Proven experience in lead generation, outbound sales, and sales development.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Leadership potential and experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
