About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our USA Operations team, with a focus on engaging NRI investors and building our presence in the US market. This is a leadership role responsible for owning marketing strategy, driving investor engagement, and managing a team of Marketing Assistants.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies targeted at NRI investors and the US market
- Build and manage relationships with NRI investors interested in Indian real estate
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Marketing Assistants
- Plan, run, and optimize digital marketing campaigns for an international audience
- Work closely with the sales team to convert qualified leads into investor relationships
- Coordinate with founders and leadership on growth strategy and reporting
- Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports for management
What We're Looking For
- Strong understanding of real estate, ideally with prior experience in real estate marketing, sales, or client relations (preferred, not mandatory)
- Proven marketing experience, with demonstrated ability to plan and execute campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, suited to engaging a US-based, international audience
- Prior experience leading or mentoring a team is highly preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage company environment
