Role Summary
PCT Elite is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Consultant to drive business growth in aluminium doors and windows solutions. The role involves lead generation, site visits, client consultation, proposal submission, and deal closure, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
· Generate leads through field visits, referrals, builders, architects, and contractors
· Conduct site visits and understand customer requirements
· Present product solutions and prepare quotations
· Coordinate basic site measurements and with design/production
· Close sales deals and ensure order confirmation with advance payment
· Coordinate with factory and installation teams
· Follow up on collections and maintain documentation
· Update CRM and submit daily/weekly reports
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
· Monthly sales target achievement
· Lead-to-conversion ratio
· Number of site visits
· Closure cycle time
· Collection efficiency
· Customer satisfaction
Required Skills
· Strong sales and negotiation skills
· Basic technical knowledge of aluminium/UPVC systems
· Good communication and customer handling
· Field-ready and target-driven mindset
· CRM and reporting discipline
Eligibility
Any Graduate (MBA preferred), 1–5 years experience in field sales (construction/interiors preferred)
Compensation
Fixed Salary + Incentives + Travel Allowance

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
