Job Summary:
Birla Open Minds Preschool, Beeramguda is looking for passionate, energetic, and nurturing Mother Teachers who can create a safe, engaging, and joyful learning environment for young children. The candidate should possess good communication skills, sound knowledge of preschool curriculum, and the ability to handle children with patience and care.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Plan and conduct age-appropriate classroom activities and learning sessions
Implement preschool curriculum effectively through activity-based learning
Ensure holistic development of children through creative and interactive teaching methods
Maintain a warm, safe, and positive classroom environment
Monitor and track each child’s progress and developmental milestones
Communicate regularly with parents regarding child development and classroom activities
Maintain classroom discipline, hygiene, and safety standards
Participate actively in school events, celebrations, and training programs
Work collaboratively with academic coordinators and support staff
Encourage social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in children
Skills Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of preschool/ECCE curriculum
Passion for working with young children
Creative, patient, and enthusiastic personality
Strong classroom management skills
Basic computer knowledge will be an added advantage
Ability to build positive relationships with parents and children
Qualification:
Any Graduation (ECE/NTT/Montessori trained candidates preferred)
