Job Summary:
Responsible for preparing high-quality continental cuisine for villa guests, ensuring exceptional taste, presentation, hygiene, and personalized dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of continental dishes including breakfast items, pasta, grills, salads, soups, and desserts
- Plan and customize menus based on guest preferences and requirements
- Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and adhere to food safety standards
- Manage inventory, stock rotation, and kitchen supplies
- Coordinate meal preparation and service for villa guests
- Monitor food costs and minimize wastage
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of continental cuisine and cooking techniques
- Expertise in menu planning and food presentation
- Ability to handle guest-specific requests and customized meals
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma in Hotel Management / Culinary Arts preferred
- 3–7 years of experience in Continental Cuisine
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in luxury villas, resorts, boutique hotels, or private dining setups
- Knowledge of international breakfast and gourmet menu preparation
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
