- Patient Greeting & Intake: Welcome patients and visitors, assist with filling out medical forms, and guide them through the OPD/IPD process.
- Appointment Scheduling: Manage daily calendars by booking, rescheduling, and confirming eye checkup and surgery appointments in person or over the phone.
- Phone & Digital Etiquette: Handle high volumes of incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and emails promptly, routing them to the correct department.
- Billing & Records: Register patient details, generate invoices, collect consultation/surgery fees, and maintain accurate records in the Hospital Management System (HMS).
- Coordination: Act as a bridge between patients, doctors, optometrists, and nursing staff to ensure a smooth, efficient patient flow
- Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Minimum HSC (12th Pass) or a bachelor's degree.
- Experience: Previous experience in a hospital or clinic is highly preferred, though entry-level roles are common.
- Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, a polite and patient-friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge (MS Office) and familiarity with hospital management software.
- Language Proficiency: Good verbal communication in English, Hindi, and local languages (such as Marathi) is essential for patient interaction
