Job Summary
Crimson Schools is seeking a dedicated English Teacher for Grades 1-6 to enhance language skills, literacy, and creative expression among young learners. The role involves delivering engaging lessons, fostering communication skills, and ensuring a strong foundation in English, aligned with the CBSE curriculum.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver interactive English lessons focusing on phonics, grammar, reading, and writing.
- Use creative teaching methods to engage students and enhance comprehension.
- Assess student progress through evaluations and provide feedback.
- Communicate regularly with parents on student development.
- Collaborate with faculty to enhance curriculum and teaching strategies.
- Maintain an engaging and disciplined classroom environment.
Candidate Profile
Education:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English, Education, or related field (B.Ed. preferred).
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a CBSE-affiliated school.
Skills:
- Strong English proficiency and communication skills.
- Effective classroom management and student engagement techniques.
- Proficiency in digital teaching tools and interactive learning methods.
