Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and responsible Restaurant/QSR Supervisor to oversee daily operations, lead the service team, and ensure excellent customer experience at our QSR outlet in LTT, Kurla. The role involves supervising staff, maintaining service standards, and ensuring smooth restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily restaurant operations and staff activities.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and shift coordination.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
- Support inventory control, cash handling, and operational reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in a QSR, Cafe, Restaurant, or hospitality supervisory role.
- Good communication, and team management skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, POS systems, and inventory management.
- Willingness to work in multiple shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
