We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented B2B Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to drive sales for our Network Monitoring Solution. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B IT sales, software sales, SaaS sales, or enterprise solution sales and be confident in generating leads, booking product demonstrations, managing the sales pipeline, and closing business deals.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, referrals, and networking.
- Identify and connect with IT Managers, System Administrators, CIOs, CTOs, and Business Owners.
- Explain the value and benefits of our Network Monitoring Solution to prospective clients.
- Qualify leads and schedule product demonstrations with the technical team.
- Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Maintain accurate sales records using CRM software.
- Coordinate with technical and support teams during pre-sales and post-sales activities.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Required Skills
- 1–5 years of experience in B2B IT Sales, Software Sales, SaaS Sales, or Enterprise Sales.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong cold-calling, prospecting, and negotiation skills.
- Experience selling software products or IT solutions.
- Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
